Because we are involved in too many projects, where some customer projects have been growing much more than expected, we want to sell this project. This mainly because we think, that this project has a good potential, but we do currently not have the needed ressources to maintain and support this site as it should be.

  (including all customizations)
• The complete database including all data about the registered PAD files
  (including the blocked entries)
• The complete file data including all media data for entries
  (like images for example)
• Our complete (self-implemented) polling robots for getting the latest entries from ASP PAD Repository and for checking updates on registered entries (including check for duplicates, manipulation, virus scan, unwanted entries, ...)
  

Please note: after bought, the system will not be able to remain on our systems or servers, therefore you must own (or order) an appropriate server with at least Apache 2, MySQL 5 and PHP 5.1.x.
